Charlie Tracy died early Tuesday morning of a lung  infection at his home in Bristol New Hampshire. 
  Charlie was a former DBR for District 91 until he suffered a heart attack and had to give up his position.
He fought a long battle and never gave up.  He will be truly missed.
  On behalf of myself, and all those who had the privilege of knowing Charlie, I extend our sincere sympathy to Brother Tracy's wife Sheila, and the entire family.

  Charlie's family would like to thank all those who sent flowers and attended the service.

  A very special thanks would also like to be given to  Steve Merrick, a close friend and Business Rep.for District 26,  where Charlie had devoted his life for the pursuit of the rights of the working man.
